New CD is top round

If this were a soundtrack, I’d go see the movie. Thick and juicy with just enough of a plot to keep you in your seat, "Close That Window" opens the new disc by local blues aficionados Roundhouse, inviting you to sample their unapologetically rootsy flavor blues.
Like any good bar band worth its salt, Roundhouse moves smoothly from slow and gritty delta numbers into faster, more danceable swing tunes like "High Class Man" without jarring the audience. They also sound like they are genuinely having fun playing their music…It never sounds labored or forced.
Mike "Bullfrog" Rogers does some down right tasty harp work and handles the bulk of the lead vocals alternating occasionally with Buddy Shute who handles some guitar and piano as well. The rest of this quintet is fleshed out by DW Graf, guitar, Joe Harding, bass and Joe Rogers on drums.
